I am retired now, but still work hard to help my people during the time of need. I hope you are having a wonderful time in my country and I will make sure that you are safe and sound!"

Did you know, that:
“The earliest citation for Việt Cá»™ng in English is from 1957. American soldiers referred to the Viet Cong as Victor Charlie or V-C. "Victor" and "Charlie" are both letters in the NATO phonetic alphabet. "Charlie" referred to communist forces in general, both Việt Cá»™ng and North Vietnamese.”
